Jaclyn Biskup [Artistic Director] founded The Mill in fall 2002 and currently serves as the company's Artistic Director.  She directed the company’s critically acclaimed productions of Venus, Big Love, The Bald Soprano, The Madman and the Nun, and Desdemona: A Play About a Handkerchief.  Biskup received her B.A. Theatre Comprehensive from Northern Illinois University. Last summer she assisted Anna D. Shapiro on the world premiere production of The Unmentionables at Steppenwolf.
